Return Policy

We understand that purchases may not always work out. Items may be returned within (14) business days of purchase date. Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. All item(s) must be unworn with original tags attached. 

Due to fast moving inventory, we do not offer exchanges. Once your return is processed and you receive your store credit, it may be used on the new size/style of in stock!

FINAL SALE: Due to hygiene reasons, accessories and swimwear are final sale. Items marked as "sale" and items purchased with store credit also final sale and cannot be returned.

To start a return, please email us at info@flightyapparel.com and provide your order number and name. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you and is good for 90 days. Items purchased with store credit are final sale.

Damaged/Faulty Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the delivery of your order. Please email us at info@flightyapparel.com with your order number and photos of any damage and we will work with you to find the best solution!
